flora

The Mount Lofty Ranges Southern Emu-wren is one of Australia's most endangered birds and its primary habitat, the Swamps of the Fleurieu Peninsula , are now critically endangered and under constant threat.

In partnership with the Foundation for Australia's Most Endangered Species (FAME), the Conservation Council of SA has launched a public appeal ... and you can help!

Businesses are invited to become a Local Hero by hosting a small donation box on their counter with some information leaflets, distributing information to their contact lists or by making a tax-deductible donation.

Schools can participate by undertaking fundraising activities on a class, year level or whole-of-school level and take advantage of our tailored educational materials.

Individuals can also support the appeal by making a tax-deductible donation using our secure online facility or by downloading a donation form. Credit card payments can also be made over the phone on (08) 8223 5155.
